Privacy Policy for TPMobile Suite

AC2, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the TPMobile Suite mobile applications (collectively, the "App" or "Suite"). The TPMobile Suite is a collection of specialized, internal-use mobile tools designed exclusively for authorized employees and personnel at customer facilities to facilitate bulk loading operations, warehouse management, order creation, and truck loading processes.

The Suite includes the following applications/modules:

  • TPLoadPlanner – Load planning and optimization for multi-order, multi-compartment trucks
  • BOL Station – Digital capture, storage, and printing of Bills of Lading with driver signatures
  • Bulk Warehouse – Warehouse inventory and material tracking during loading/unloading
  • Pre-Load Station – Pre-load verification, weighing, and setup processes
  • Automated Tasks – Automated workflows, status updates, and background task handling

1. Information We Collect

The TPMobile Suite is designed strictly for business and operational use at customer facilities. It does not collect personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Specifically:

  • No names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise geolocation, photos of individuals, contacts, or other personally identifiable information about users is collected, stored, or transmitted by the App.
  • A user-entered PIN may be used for local device authentication. When used, the PIN is salted and hashed locally on the device solely for security purposes. This hashed value is never transmitted off the device and is not linked to any personal identity.
  • The Suite handles only non-personal, operational business data entered by users, such as order numbers, load details, vehicle identifiers (e.g., truck/trailer license plates), facility information, tare/gross weights, allocation data, and similar operational records required to perform truck loading and warehouse functions.
  • We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking, usage analytics, crash reports, or any diagnostic data beyond what is strictly necessary for the core functionality of the applications.

2. How We Use Information

Any operational data entered into the TPMobile Suite is used solely to:

  • Enable the creation, planning, verification, loading, and documentation of orders and truck loads at customer facilities.
  • Support internal business processes such as pre-load checks, BOL signing, warehouse tracking, and automated task execution.

No personal data is processed, and we do not use any information for marketing, behavioral analytics, profiling, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the App’s intended operational function.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any information collected or processed through the TPMobile Suite with third parties, except:

  • As required by law or legal process, or
  • To our limited service providers (e.g., cloud hosting or maintenance providers) who assist in operating the backend systems under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers do not receive or process personal data.

4. Data Retention

Local authentication data (salted/hashed PIN, if used) is retained on the device only as long as needed for ongoing use of the App. Operational business data (orders, loads, etc.) may be retained based on customer or business record-keeping requirements, but is not stored by us in a personally identifiable form.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App and any data handled within it, including local device security features and secure communication protocols where applicable.

6. Children's Privacy

The TPMobile Suite is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
