Technical Support Programs
Happy customers are those that receive expeditious and friendly support from
knowledge engineers who can quickly identify and solve their support needs.
AC2 is known for its experience in the terminal industry and has a reputation
for providing its customers with a level of support that is second to none; and
our customers will agree.
Each support call is logged into our helpdesk system which automatically
generates an email to the customer and the support engineer that will handle the
call. Most support incidents are handled during the initial phone call; no
waiting for a technician to return your call the next day. An email
message is sent to the customer each time the job is updated and again once it
is closed; always keeping the customer abreast of the status of their job.
AC2 prides itself on its support and offers three program levels for service and
support. You pick the level that meets your specific needs, comfort level
and budget.
Support is offered 24 X 7, 365 days a year. Our field service engineers have
years of experience with terminal automation systems and associated hardware
including electronic presets and related equipment. Pointing the finger
else where is not our philosophy!

Consulting Services
The experienced engineers at AC2 have the knowledge and understanding of a
