To return a hardware product at
AC2, Inc. you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
support@ac2.net,
or by telephone at 1-281-550-9700.
No returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA and system software is not returnable.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
AC2, Inc.
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
30
days. However,
AC2, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date if it is
deemed necessary. If the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward
future purchases.
Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more
restrictive return policies.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
AC2, Inc.
on returned items.
