TP6000 Plus™ offers an integrated suite of applications including loading control, access security, system visualization, reporting, tank inventory and web-enabled modules.  These solid core components supply a robust automation system which includes real-time graphic displays, sophisticated data gathering, reporting, history and analysis, diagnostics and redundant systems.

The TP6000 Plus™ family of applications is  designed around Microsoft® development tools and Server products such as Visual Studio.Net^®, ADO.Net, SQL Server^® and Server 2003^®.   This allows for a finished product that is cost effective, “open” in design, is easy to support and familiar to most people. 

TP6000 Plus has been used in a variety of applications from single meter truck loading terminal to large crude oil metering systems.  In every system, the core design of TP6000 Plus provides the reliability and flexibility in this ever changing and demanding industry.

On this display the operators can view the entire facility showing all the loading lanes and devices configured in the system.  The ability to have one screen display live data for: preset amounts, flow rates, loaded volumes, alarms, and communication and PLC I/O status makes the TP6000 Plus System user-friendly and easy to use.

By clicking on an individual loading spot/bay or meter on the TP6000 Plus main display, navigates the system to zoom into more detailed information about that part of the system.

All screens and graphic displays are available with our TPAccess™ client software throughout you LAN/WAN.

On this display the operators can view the Driver, Carrier, Order, Truck, Trailer, and Account information that is authorized for the load.  In addition, information about the products that were authorized for the account is displayed along with any Host System authorization or denial message.  This makes identifying Host denial situations easy to determine.

Other information pertaining to the devices at the loading bay are also displayed, including events, meter and additive information.

The TP6000 Plus Preset Zoom Display provides detailed information about the electronic preset/meter at a particular load arm.

On this display the operators can view detailed and real-time information about the meter status and product flowing conditions.  A flow rate trend is displayed to track the stability of the loading condition.  From this display the operators can also clear alarms on the preset, and lock and unlock the unit from loading.
